With Alexa, you can also access personalised entertainment, music, news, weather, alarm clocks and more, making your stay even more enjoyable and effortless. In addition, guests can connect their smartphones via Bluetooth to listen to their favourite music.
Respect for Guests' Privacy
The Alexa Smart Properties system is designed with privacy in mind. Alexa is not always listening: the device is only activated when the guest utters the activation word ‘Alexa’. Furthermore, the platform that manages the system does not record or store personal data of guests. The data collected is exclusively statistical and anonymised, allowing hotel staff to monitor the effectiveness of the service without compromising guest confidentiality.
In the case of Echo Show devices, the camera is electronically deactivated, making it completely unusable during the stay, to ensure that guests’ privacy is respected at all times.
